Project Costs
The
LCTIP developed estimated project costs for the refined sets of roadway improvements. The
costs were identified in 1999 dollars and include both construction and
right of way costs.
The cost estimates
are based on current project experience, Lake County Assessor data, and other
available information. The project team used 1999 data
to establish a common base for comparing the roadway improvement sets. The estimated
costs: Assume full roadway reconstruction
Include major construction
items such as roadway excavation, pavement, and drainage
Right-of-way costs
include both structures and land
