How to Use This Site

Site Navigation

To navigate through this site, use the tabbed categories on the left.  Tabs are either 'open' or 'closed'.  Closed tabs have a closed folder image on a light gray background and display the category title only:

Clicking on the folder on any tab opens it.  The open tab has an open folder image on a white background and displays the list of articles for that topic.  Only one tab may be open at a time:

When opened, the first article (in this case, 'Summary') will be displayed in the main viewing area.  Clicking on any of the other articles on the tab will bring up that article.

Printing

This site makes extensive use of frames.  There are 3 frames - the banner at the top, the table of contents to the left, and the main article frame.  If you want to print a page (this is usually what's in the main article frame), move your mouse over that frame and use the right mouse button to bring up a context sensitive menu.  In Netscape, select 'Print Frame'.  In Internet Explorer, select 'Print'.
